Our general rate is US$25/hour. You don’t wanna pay by the hour? Please send us the brief & details about your project, and we’ll make an estimation and give you a fixed price. And we’d be more than happy to make you a test sample so you can see if we can deliver the quality that you need.

Who are you guys?

My name is Gifny Richata and I lead the guys from ORAY STUDIOS. We are an Art, Design & Tech guild, which is located in Bandung, Indonesia (GMT+7) and have been running since 2008. We have done hundreds of projects, ranging from big companies to Indie developers and startups.

Who is going to work on my project if you're a team?

Surely we’ll pick the artists in our roster that will fit your project best. For each project, we'll have a Lead Artist/Designer which is going to be the art director, and leads the other artists to deliver the best result for you. If the artist responsible for your project is off-duty, we will find other artist to replace him/her, so your project won't be on hold (Which would be a problem if you are hiring a solo freelancer). And we will send you daily progress through emails (Or other means if you prefer) which you can give feedback on until you’re satisfied with the end result.

How do I make sure that you guys are right for my project?

We can give you a time estimation and the price quote if you send us as many details as you can about your project (Including the list of art/assets/graphics that you need, like: sizes/dimensions, art style references, technical preferences, etc.). And then, if our quote meets your budget, the next step is for us to give you a free test sample so you can see if we can deliver the quality & style that you need (You would only pay for this sample if it's going to be used in your project). If you don’t like it, let us know why and we’ll revise it until you do.

How do you guys get paid?

After you approve the test sample, we'll ask for 30% off the agreed fee as the down payment. And then you can pay the rest of your payment after you have approved all of the previews that we have sent you, before we deliver the final files. We normally use PayPal for payments, Bank Transfer is also possible but please make sure you pay for all of the commissions & fees.

What’s the best way to communicate with you guys?

We like old school email 🙂 But of course we’re reachable through Discord, Skype, WhatsApp/Telegram, or other messaging media, too. Just remember that we’re in GMT+7, so we apologize if we don’t reply to you soon enough, but we’ll definitely do so ASAP once we get your messages.
