Ok, so here's something weird that happened, it's a weird bug that looks like it's gonna lose me quite a bit of work
I was working on a character's animations yesterday, everything looked fine and when I shut down I sent this gif as progress report to my team

(it misses a bit in the middle, I think the pc was a bit overwhelmed while capturing it?)
Today I woke up and the animation looked like this

I tracked down the backup files and I saw what happened. The part that bugged out, the staff (broom) is concealed in the setup frame, but for a long time while animating it I did that by disabling the staff attachment. At a certain point I animated the staff disappearing and I chose to shrink it down, after I did that, I shrank staff in the setup frame too even though it was disabled, so that I would have an easier time animating it's appereance.
I looked at the backup files, and it's as if the staff's setup frame rotation and scale had overwritten every other position and scale it has, ever since I shrank it. =( strange thing is, it only happened to 4 of the 6 animations that enabled the staf (of course it was the ones that animated it the most, almost as if to follow murphy's law :p)
Can this be recovered somehow? I have the backup file of before the transformation was applied (number 153 in the backups), after (154), and the file I woke up to today (170 I think).
