Also, how are you running Spine with system Java in Windows? (just curious)

You can try installing Java 8 and run using:

java -jar C:\path\to\Spine\launcher\launcher-full.jar

Yes I do have spine in parallels. Is there solution for parallels, what's there for an issue?

Your question does not compute. I suggested a solution, the problem should not occur with Java 8.
