U.I. not working reacting

Hey!

I'm trying to activate my Spine license on a new computer. It's a Macbook Air Late 2010 running OSX Lion 10.7.5. However, I can not enter any characters into the field via the keyboard or copy/paste. When I downloaded the trial version to try that out, none of the U.I. elements reacted to my clicks. I haven't had this problem with the windows version, and it also worked fine when I tested Spine on a Macbook Pro using Yosemite. I can't update the Macbook Air to Yosemite because of compatibility issues with other applications vital to my work. Any suggestions?

That is really odd. I can't imagine why it doesn't accept keyboard input.

Last night we released a new launcher for Mac, so you might try to download and reinstall. If that doesn't work, you can try running Spine using your system Java from Terminal:

java -jar /Applications/Spine/Spine.app/Contents/MacOS/launcher/launcher-full.jar

This requires you have Java installed. You can try different Java version, eg Java 7 or 8 by Oracle.
