Running Spine

Hello,

I've installed Spine on a Mac that has two profiles for use. One is a SystemAdmin profile, and the other a student profile. I can run Spine on the System Admin profile fine, and I installed it on the Student profile as well, but when I attempt to open the program it asks for my activation code. When I input the activation code there isn't an option to proceed, only to cancel. Help?? Thanks!

You must have typed your activation code incorrectly. Be sure to copy and paste the code so there can be no mistake.

I tried again and again with the same result. Can I send you a screenshot somehow so that you can see what I mean? If so, is there a way to do it privately since the license is exposed?
