Spine cannot open

Last night something happened and now spine cannot open. It starts with the spine loading box. Then says it is downloading v 1.9.17 and then fails. Gives an error log it would like to send to spine and that's it. Help. TY

From the logs you've submitted, the error is "access is denied" to this folder:
C:\Users\Aaron\AppData\Local\Temp

Your user account should always have permissions to read and write everything in your user folder "C:\Users\Aaron\". You can try setting these permissions if they somehow got changed. Google can probably help. Maybe this:

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It opened up the first time. I closed it. I opened it up again and it failed again. Also when I redownloaded the files I get a warning that it could harm my computer.

The Spine installer sets some permissions, maybe these are getting changed after the first run. Likely the problem is the same as I described before. Maybe you have some other software on your computer that is messing up your user directory permissions?

The warning is from IE's Smart Screen Filter feature.
