samgou Which version of the editor are you using? Does the problem disappear when you use the latest 4.3-beta? The problem may be caused by your skeleton being too large, or by your excessive use of physics constraints or sliders. Sliders in particular have been known to cause significant performance issues when there are a large number of keyframes.
