Guto Thank you for showing us that animated GIF! That helped us identify the cause.
It appears that this issue only occurs on Windows PCs. I was unable to reproduce this issue on a Mac PC.
We will investigate this issue, but in the meantime, you can use the Find and Replace function in the tree view to select all missing attachments at once. You can then hide or delete them and export the skeleton, which should improve efficiency to some extent.
