Can't compile Unreal 5.6 project

Hello, I am starting a new project and I cannot seem to compile the Spine 2D plugin.
I follow everything as told, but I get this weird error, that I am not sure how to resolve. Anyone had this issue before?
I'd appreciate any help, since I cannot even start working on it, due to this 😂
