Please don't post with the Tutorials tag unless you are posting a tutorial. Ask editor questions with the Editor tag.
You can control the curves directly in the Graph view. You'll need to change your keys to Bezier to see their handles.
Alternatively you can adjust curves using the Curves view. This is a different way of viewing the curves. It only shows you curves between 2 keys, while the Graph shows all curves at once. In the Curves view it is harder to see how curves for your whole animation look.
