  • Quick select bone in tree view doesn't actually selects it

Problem statement

1) what you have tried: quick click from bone to bone in the tree view,
2) what you expected: complete switch to the last selected bone, and
3) what actually happened: the last selected bone is just highlighted in tree view, but in the editing area it's still the previous selected bone (rotate, translate and other parameters control the previous bone and the length controls the last bone).

Give step-by-step instructions so we can reproduce the problem, if possible:

  1. Select a bone in tree view
  2. Immediately (in less than a second) select another bone
  3. Boom - you broke it

    Artidest Thanks for reporting this issue. I have confirmed that quickly toggling the bone selection in the tree view sometimes does not toggle the selected bones in the viewport or dopesheet view, so I have created an issue ticket to fix this: EsotericSoftware/spine-editor869
