  • Switches for groups of assets/slots?

Hello, does someone know of a way we can group multiple assets/slots to have their visibility be controlled by one master switch? I have a character holding multiple variations on a sword. The weapon's bone includes slots for the 2d inked lines, a large gradient for the reflections, and a mask to crop the reflection to the blade. On top of this I have 3 versions of this sword with as many slots attached to them.

Is there a way to make just one master control switch to turn all this off and on?
Or a better way to set this up? Because of the particular perspective of the character, as he swings the sword, I have to switch between 2 or 3 swords (each with their own 3 slots to key).

Any help is much appreciated!

Thank you all for this wonderful program, it has been such a blast learning and animating!

To manage the visibility of multiple assets or slots with a single control, you can use skins in Spine. Skins allow you to group attachments and switch between them easily. You can create a skin for each version of the sword, including all the necessary slots and attachments for that version. By switching skins, you can effectively control the visibility of all the related assets with a single action. Additionally, you can use animations to key the visibility of attachments within a skin, allowing for more dynamic control during animations. This setup will help you manage the complexity of having multiple sword versions and their associated slots.
