In order to reset your hotkeys, click the Spine logo in the top left corner of the program, click "Settings" at the bottom, and then look for the "Hotkeys" section underneath the header "Application".

You can reset them to default by clicking "Default", or go to the specific key that you need to set to CTRL + L and set it by clicking the "Open" button.
