Troubles purchasing Spline!

Hey guys I want to purchase a license of Spine Professional but I am from Republic of Moldova where PayPal is not supported. Furthermore for certain countries, like Moldova, PayPal does not offer possibility to pay with credit card without creating the PayPal account first. To be more clear, when I open your PayPal payment page, I am forced to create a PayPal account.

Please send me an invoice for a wire transfer!!!

In the website, it mentions that if a company earns more than 0.5 million USD a year and wants to buy spine professional license, it should buy the enterprise edition. May I ask what influence it may have on the invoice?
And what information should I provide for you to issue the invoice?

1.After purchase you will receive a link to a page where you can add the invoice details you need.
2/3. Yes the information for the license and invoice can be changed after purchase has been made.

If the license is personal and you don't earn more than the 0.5 million USD annually then you can purchase the Professional license. However if it is for the company and your annual earnings are above that amount, you will need to purchase an Enterprise license. The invoice will only be affected by the details in it.
