Thanks for using Spine for your first animation! For a first try, this is a great effort. Now the biggest problem with this animation is that is too fast. The sneaks are way slower. What is important is the planting of the foot and the weight shift on the planted foot. Your body just goes up and down right now, so you are missing that rotation in the body and forward-backward movement.
But sneaks are super hard tho!
If you are completely new to Spine and animation, I recommend starting with simple exercises, really nailing them, and then moving to more difficult ones.
