Sorry, the server could not be contacted
Last thing I did is changing to version 3.3 then restart Spine. After that i keep getting this message whenever i open Spine.
I tried re-install Spine, delete Spine folder, uninstall Spine then install, nothing works. After install and enter license key, this message show up again.
What can I do?
I just used Spine normally before then this issue suddenly happened.
I don't have proxy and I use my internet with default setting.
Hello, please re-download the Spine installer from your license page and try reinstalling Spine. If that doesn't work either, could you please post your spine.log file? The forum will redact your personal information.
Windows: <user home folder>\Spine\spine.log
Mac: <user home folder>/Library/Application Support/Spine/spine.log
Linux: <user home folder>/.spine/spine.log
i've downloaded and reinstalled but still cant launch Spine.
Here's the log file
Sorry you are still having trouble. Your log says Spine Launcher 3.8.20
, so you still are running the old launcher. If you download the latest and reinstall it should say Spine Launcher 3.8.82
in the log and will work as it used to.
I figure it out, when i click on download button Internet Download Manager think it's the same file as previous then show the [download complete dialog] (which is the old setup file).
I've downloaded new one and it works again. Thank you veery much for your help.
Ah, good catch! Glad it's working for you now.
