Photoshop to Spine script

Hi , I am stuck in the start of using Spine 🙂

I have a project done like on the tutorial , script Photoshop to Spine. I did everything right, RGB, Layers...
This is my problem :

Please help !

Is there possibility to open the layers without script?

They recommend to reset your Photoshop preferences (sorry!):

Hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) when you start up Photoshop to reset the preferences.
